Machine suitability:

The RHODIUS RS480 is a grinding wheel (form 27) for angle grinders of all performance classes including high-frequency machines (HF) and compressed air machines.

Material suitability:

The RHODIUS RS480 was specifically developed for processing stainless steel (VA steel, stainless steel), e.g. 1.4301 (X5CrNi18-10 or 304), steel (black steel also called structural steel, St37, S235JR, 1.0037 or carbon steel) and cast steel. The RS480 grinding wheel is ideal for chamfering, preparing weld seams, leveling weld seams, plastering or leveling cast parts, breaking edges, and deburring.
