Metalhog Type 1 Stationary Saw Wheels incorporate a blend of premium, semi premium, and standard abrasive grain with custom bond systems. This produces a wheel with extremely aggressive, rapid cutting action, without sacrificing wheel life. METALHOG cuts up to 30% faster and 3 times longer than regular aluminum oxide products.
A rapid cutting wheel with exceptional wheel life, suitable for carbon steel, stainless steel, and other alloys. Also suitable for foundry applications.
Flexovit Type 1 Stationary Saw Wheels are available in nine diameters for stationary saws from 10” through 26" and three metal cutting specs to cover most applications. Engineered cut-off wheels available for difficult applications in high volume production.
