Designed for fabrication of pipes and pressure vessels. This heavy duty aluminum oxide wheel runs smooth and chatter free on peripheral grinding, cutting and notching applications.
Flexovit Type 27 Depressed Center Cutoff Wheels are designed for extra heavy duty cutting applications, notching, and for narrow surface peripheral grinding applications such as grinding root pass welds. These wheels should not be used for grinding on an angle (see Depressed Center Combination Wheels for cutting, notching, and light angle grinding applications.)
