Description:

Executive ER4043 solid aluminum welding wire is designed to have smooth and consistent feedability. Our enhanced feedability design uses less lubricant than standard aluminum wire resulting in considerably less fume generation. The addition of 5% Silicon results in improved fluidity with a less crack sensitive bright weld bead. Executive 4043 will typically turn dark gray in color after the anodizing process

Applications:

Executive 4043 welds most aluminum grades and is found in many common welding applications such as cylinder heads and blocks, bicycles, trucks, trailers, automotive/boat/truck parts and equipment. Executive ER4043 is suitable to weld heat treatable alloys and leave a weld joint stronger than the base metal with high corrosion resistance.
