HEAVY-DUTY POWER. SIMPLIFIED. The Flextec 650X delivers up to 815 amps of multi-process power for heavy-duty applications like construction, shipbuilding, and fabrication. With CrossLinc® Technology, you can control output directly at the arc without additional cables, increasing productivity and safety. This Ready-Pak combines the Flextec 650X with the Flex Feed 84 heavy duty wire feeder, Magnum PRO Curve™ 400 welding gun, and flowmeter regulator. The Flex Feed 84 wire feeder offers high torque consistent feeding over long conduit runs, with wire diameter up to 3/32 in. (2.4 mm) solid or 0.120 in (3.2 mm) cored wire. The patented MAXTRAC® heavy-duty cast aluminum wire drive system protects and guides the wire using tool-less split wire guides to prevent birdnesting. The Magnum PRO Curve™ 400 welding gun combines the classic Curved handle with Copper Plus™ contact tips to deliver long hours of fabrication welding with less frequent parts changes.
