Flexovit FLEXON Type 28 Grinding Wheels combine premium zirconia and ceramic grains with advanced bond systems, delivering the highest job productivity at the lowest total cost. FLEXON grinds up to 50% faster, and up to 10 times longer than standard aluminum oxide wheels. Build-in grinding angle reduces operator fatigue and is preferred for grinding contoured surfaces.

Flexovit Type 28 Depressed Center Grinding Wheels are made for angle grinding applications including weld grinding, beveling, snagging, and other surface preparation jobs requiring moderate to heavy stock removal. The Type 28 ‘saucer’ shape allows the operator to aggressively grind at angles less than 15 degrees, improving operator comfort. The concave shape also provides wider surface contact for grinding broad surfaces. Wheels are ¼” thick, with 3 full diameter high tensile fiberglass reinforcements for maximum safety.
