Shipping & Receiving

Shipping Information:

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed next business day from the date of purchase.
  • Shipping Methods: We offer a range of shipping options to suit your needs, including standard, expedited, and express shipping.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on factors such as order weight, destination, and chosen shipping method. You will see the shipping cost during the checkout process.
  • Free shipping: We are happy to offer free standard shipping on orders over $199. Exceptions apply based on weight and shipping distance. Our team will contact you if additional shipping charges apply to your order.
  • Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your package.

Delivery Timeframes:

  • Please note that the delivery timeframes provided below are approximate estimates. For the most accurate and up-to-date information about shipping times, always refer to the specific estimated delivery times displayed during the checkout process. 

Western Canada (BC, AB, SK)

  • Standard – estimated 3-6 business days

Central Canada (MB, ON)

  • Standard – estimated 4-8 business days

Eastern Canada (QC, PEI, NB, NL, NS) 

  • Standard – estimated 9-12 business days

Territories (Yukon & NWT)

  • Standard – estimated 4-8 business days (not eligible for free shipping), some exceptions apply based on weight and size. Please contact us if you need help placing an order
  • We do not offer direct shipping to Nunavut. Please contact us if you would like to place an order and we will gladly assist you.

Receiving Your Order:

Upon receiving your order, please follow these steps: 

  1. Carefully inspect the packaging for any signs of damage during transit.
  2.  Verify the contents of the package against the packing slip or invoice included in the shipment.
  3.  If any discrepancies or damages are found, please contact our Customer Service department immediately for assistance.

International Shipping:

Calarc.ca is unable to offer international shipping directly from our online store. However if you require an order to be shipped internationally, please contact us and we can help fulfil your order directly. 

Shipping Address:

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and up-to-date to avoid any delivery issues. CALARC Inc. is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or outdated addresses. If you need to change the shipping address for an order that has not yet been shipped, please contact our Customer Service department as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
