Returns & Exchanges

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds:

CALARC Inc. (“Seller”) is committed to your satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange the product. This return policy applies to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable.

Return and Exchange Conditions:

To be eligible for a return, or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

1. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in like-new condition.
2. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required.
3. The product must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed using the original method of payment. Please allow 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges:

If you’d like to exchange your product for a different size, color, or model, our team will be happy to assist you in finding the perfect fit.

Exclusions:

This return policy does not cover:

Products returned after the 30-day period.
Products that are not in their original packaging or are not in like-new condition.
Products without valid proof of purchase.

Return Decision Rights:

Seller reserves the right to make final decisions regarding the eligibility of products for return, exchange, or refund. Such decisions may include, but are not limited to, assessing the product’s condition, determining compliance with the return conditions, and evaluating the validity of the proof of purchase.

Restocking Fee:

For products that are deemed unfit for resale in their original packaging, Seller reserves the right to charge a restocking fee. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount and is intended to cover costs associated with refurbishing the product to a sellable condition.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

To initiate a return or exchange within the 30-day period, please contact our Customer Service department. We will provide you with instructions for returning or exchanging the product.

Limitation of Liability:

Seller shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the product, even if Seller has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Legal Rights:

This return policy does not affect any of your legal rights, including rights under consumer protection laws, that may apply in your jurisdiction.
